Overall, they were pretty good.But when I bought them for my Haloween costume, they failed to tell me the sticks were NOT included.

But if you're a cheapskate like me, dowels (wooden rods) are avalible at the Home Depot, and are easliy altered to fit your wings. They are avalible, if you click the link .
So, they come with a neckband with velcro, to keep it up. It's a little scratchy, but it's not a big deal.
I used them for my Bast costume, and they completed the look. I would give them a 3 out of 5 stars
